This is a calling, a second career, that was born in me after I had several unexplained intense energy experiences!  In search of meaning and understanding to these life events, I studied Reiki and Yoga, quit my corporate career and sold most of my belongings. I packed up a 4 x 8 trailer hitched to my car and headed off to the desert to see if I could find answers to the phenomena I was experiencing.  Were there others like me I could talk to about these things?  I became a massage therapist, energy practitioner, intuitive psychic reader. I have been lead down the path of working with animal spirits and the elements, traveled to distant places in my dreams and sat with plant medicine in ceremony.  The years have flown by since these events all leading me back to where I once lived before, in Hamden CT.  I am excited to bring my journey to a place I call home again, and am excited to share with you all of the ways in which I have learned to embody with joy, unconditional love and unity consciousness.  

Its not always easy, but it has been so very worth it.
