Holistic Wellness Provider, Massage Therapist, Usui Reiki Ryoho Shihan and Yoga Instructor

I practice many different styles and modalities of massage, where I combine acupressure point technique with neuro-muscular awareness to entrain the central nervous system into a deeply embodied and meditative experience.  Complete nervous system relaxation is my goal with every client!

Massage Modalities: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial, Neuro-Muscular, Lymphatic, Polarity Therapy, Shiatsu, Pre Natal, Sports, Cranio-Sacral. 

This is a calling, a second career, that was born in me after I had several unexplained intense energy experiences!  In search of meaning and understanding to these life events, I studied Reiki and Yoga, quit my corporate career and sold most of my belongings. I packed up a 4 x 8 trailer hitched to my car and headed off to the desert to see if I could find answers to the phenomena I was experiencing.  I became a massage therapist, energy practitioner and intuitive psychic reader. I walked down the path of working with animal spirits, the elements, Egypt. I have traveled to distant places in my dreams and sat with various plant medicines in ceremony.  The years have flown by since these events all leading me back to where I once lived before, in Hamden CT.  

I am excited to bring my journey to a place I call home again, and am excited to share with you all of the ways in which I have learned, and continue to learn, to embody with joy, unconditional love and unity consciousness.

Massage Therapist

Igor has been a licensed massage therapist since 2015 after graduating from Branford Hall Career Institute in Connecticut.  

He specializes in therapeutic massage and offers a range of modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Sports and Myofascial Release.  He assesses clients holistically to identify areas of tension and uses various techniques to help enhance their body-mind awareness, promote relaxation and relieve pain.  

When he's not massaging, Igor enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures, countries and traditions.

J'Kyra, LMT

Massage Therapist

Jkyra is a dedicated massage therapist focused on helping clients relieve tension, reduce stress, and restore balance in the body.  Her approach is intuitive and tailored to each individual, creating a comfortable and relaxing experience that supports overall wellness.  She studied at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) in Westport, CT and graduated in 2018.  She has been a license massage therapist since that time.

Jkyra offers a range of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial Release, and Assisted Stretch, allowing her to customize each session to meet her client's needs. 

Outside of massage therapy, she is a musician who plays acoustic guitar, full drum set, djembe and keyboard.  She also sings and occasionally performs, bringing a creative and rhythmic awareness that subtly influences her bodywork and presence.
